Knights Inn Payson

The room in this 1 star inn was nicely decorated, well furnished, and very comfortable. Kelly, the front desk manager, is very nice and very helpful and seems to be there all the time. My room was easy to get to and very quiet. I stayed 5 nights and will go back again. I am handicapped and needed a ground floor room. There is no daily maid service but is available as needed. My only complaint is that the room needed the floor thoroughly cleaned. Dust and dirt accumulate in the corners and in the armchair. It wasn't filthy or anything, but it does show a lack of attention. Great TV. Nice towels and sheets. There are lots of pillows which I like. The grounds around the motel are non-existent, and junk is stored under the outside staircase. Shabby outside but nice room.

This place was a great stop in Payson. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were cute, the cleaning staff took their time cleaning the empty rooms so they definitely put a lot of effort into cleanliness, the beds had like 8 pillows on it (all really comfortable), ac worked nicely. Overall a great place to spend a quick night in.

Kelly at the front desk was amazing!!! I had accidentally booked a room that was not dog friendly but she was able to help me get a room that was. The room was so cute and the two beds were perfect for all of us! The location was great, close to local diners (Pinon Cafe is a MUST go to for an amazing breakfast) and only a 25 minute drive away from Water Wheel Falls. Definitely would love to come back for our nice little getaway from the Phoenix heat with my bf and my furbabies!

They were very accommodating. My dog felt welcomed. That meant a lot. Already booked next stay.

Was a quiet place with clean rooms and comfortable beds

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The owners are polite, courteous, and helpful beyond measure. Rooms are clean, and stocked. Will definitely recommend.

While driving at night and feeling tired from a long day, I made the smart decision to find a hotel to get some sleep. I reserved my room on priceline and remember the check-in being pretty smooth. Once I got to my room, I noticed it was a little dated, but the bed was comfortable and put me to sleep within a few minutes. That's all I needed. I don't know if they serve breakfast. I did not see anything for the guests to eat.

The rooms were clean and had plenty of pillows. The bed was soft. I slept on a king size mattress. The room was great, it's just the walls were thin and could not sleep well when I had stayed because some children screamed at the top of their lungs all night and so did the parents. They kept screaming at the kids to go to bed but it sounded like they were not in the same room as the children and would go in to scream and then slam the door
